QUIET TIMES. 6.2.1. Students should at all times act in such a manner that it will be possible for the occupants of a residence to study unhindered. 6.2.2. Students and residences should at all times act in such a manner that no discomfort or disturbance of peace is caused to the occupants or other residences in the area. 6.2.3. QUIET TIMES. Study / Sleep times free from noise or music are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Personal Belongings. The right to expect that Student will respect each other’s belongings. No personal belongings will be borrowed without expressed consent of the owners.
QUIET TIMES. 11.1 The following quiet times will apply in The Roost during which no noise will be tolerated – Mondays to Saturdays 00:00 – 17:00 and 21:00 – 00:00 Sundays all day 11.2 During all other times a tranquil atmosphere must be maintained. Noise levels must be reasonable and must respect other residents.
QUIET TIMES. Because external silence enhances the experience of inner quiet in meditation, we ask that you maintain qualified silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. Monday is set aside for a silent day for those who are able to participate. Earphones must be used with any audio equipment.
QUIET TIMES. Each roommate agrees to limit their noise and the noise of guests after 10pm on weekdays and 12am on weekends. Noise includes music, television, loud conversations, cooking and cleaning, and any other activity that reasonably disturbs the other roommates.
QUIET TIMES. Tenants respect other housemates and keep the noise level low, especially at very early (before 7am) or late (after 10pm) hours. Tenants should consider using headphones whenever possible.

  • Contract Times The number of days or the dates stated in the Agreement to: (i) achieve Substantial Completion; and (ii) complete the Work so that it is ready for final payment as evidenced by Architect's or Owner’s representative’s written recommendation of final payment.

  • Delivery Times 4.1 The delivery times agreed with regard to (parts of) the Performance to be delivered by the Supplier shall be binding. If these delivery times are exceeded, the Supplier shall automatically be in default under the Agreement without notice of default being required to that effect. 4.2 For each calendar day by which the aforesaid delivery times are exceeded, the Supplier shall pay to Wavin an amount of 0.5% of the total sum agreed with a maximum of 10%, which is a genuine pre-estimate of the losses incurred by Xxxxx. 4.3 The Supplier shall always be obliged to provide Wavin in time, and in all cases within 24 hours after the Supplier became aware of this or should reasonably have foreseen this, with adequate and written notification of its impending failure to meet the delivery time. Execution of the Agreement in partial deliveries shall require Xxxxx’s prior written consent. If Wavin so requests, the Supplier shall be obliged to submit a written production or execution schedule and/or to cooperate in progress monitoring.

  • Response Times Qubit bases its response times and the actions it takes to resolve problems on an assessment of the impact of the reported technical issue. The more serious the impact, the higher the assigned priority.   • CONTRACT DATE The date the Contract begins. The Contract Date is shown on page 3.

  • CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS As per the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3701-3708), where applicable, all Customer Purchase Orders in excess of ,000 that involve the employment of mechanics or laborers must include a provision for compliance with 40 U.S.C. 3702 and 3704, as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5). Under 40 U.S.C. 3702 of the Act, each contractor must be required to compute the wages of every mechanic and laborer on the basis of a standard work week of 40 hours. Work in excess of the standard work week is permissible provided that the worker is compensated at a rate of not less than one and a half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in the work week. The requirements of 40 U.S.C. 3704 are applicable to construction work and provide that no laborer or mechanic must be required to work in surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous. These requirements do not apply to the purchases of supplies or materials or articles ordinarily available on the open market, or contracts for transportation or transmission of intelligence.

  • Wage Scales All workers covered by this Agreement shall be classified and paid in accordance with the classification and wage scales as attached as Appendices "A" and "B" and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Lead Times Lead times for delivery of the Products are set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Lead Times”). Supplier shall deliver Products ordered by S&W by the applicable Delivery Date set forth in S&W’s Order, so long as the Delivery Date is consistent with the Lead Times. If applicable Lead Times are not set forth in Schedule B, the Delivery Date shall be such date as reasonably agreed to by the parties.

  • Wage Schedule The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement.

  • Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.

  • Contract Time The period of time established for completion of the Project by the Contract Documents. Contract Time commences upon the date specified in the Proceed Order and ends upon the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as it may be amended.
