Rain Policy. Lessee agrees to pay 50% of the rental cost at the time of booking unless otherwise provided by the Lessor. The balance of the cost is to be paid prior to the event starting. If the games cannot be operated because of weather related to wind, rain, or other climatic issues at the start of the event, the Lessee is not obligated to pay the balance of the contract until the service can be performed. Any additional mileage or transportation costs will be added to the revised contract reflecting the postponement.

Rain Policy. During periods of severe weather conditions, (I.E. rain, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not to severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of this rental agreement, there will be no refunds!

Rain Policy. We will attempt to reschedule your event in case of severe weather. In case of rain on the day of your rental, it is your responsibility to contact the City office on the next business day to reschedule.
Rain Policy. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the weather forecast before renting equipment. However, when the weather makes using the rental equipment dangerous or impossible Customer must call the rental manager promptly. There is no automatic credit for a “rain day” until the manager is contacted. Remember, rental rates are based on time OUT, not time used.
Rain Policy. In case of rain or severe weather conditions (high winds exceeding 20mph) during your rental date, customer is allowed to cancel the same day as delivery without any cancellation fee (also pertains to forecasts with probabilities of rain or high winds greater than 50% likelihood). Customer MUST CALL and cancel before 9am on the day of the event (voicemail and emails before 9am are ok for cancellation). If customer cancels the order, it will be canceled for the rest of the rental period with no guarantee that Bouncing Around The House can deliver if weather conditions get better. If customer decides to go ahead with the order even though the weather forecast says it will rain, but it is not actually raining at the time, then we will go ahead and deliver the order. However, if it does start to rain during the rental time, Bouncing Around The House reserves the right to cancel the order, due to safety concerns, with NO refund provided. In the event of rain everyone must get out of the inflatable and the power shutoff and disconnected. If we, Bouncing Around The House, decide that the weather is to severe and that your order must be cancelled we will either refund your money or give you the opportunity to reschedule another date.
