The Renting Party may cancel with 50% of the deposit refundable up to 60 days prior to The Rental Date.
During the Primary Period the Lessee shall pay instalments of Primary Rental to the Lessor on each Primary Rental Date and, where applicable, during the Secondary Period instalments of Secondary Rental for the Ship and, throughout the Lease Period, any other Rental in each such case in the amounts, at the times and in the manner provided in the Financial Schedule.
If the Estimated Rental Fee does not accurately reflect the actual rental fee, the Association or Lessee, as the case may be, will refund or tender the difference between the actual rental fee and the Estimated Rental Fee to the other party on or before fourteen (14) days from the Rental Date.
No additional time may be added less than 48 hours prior to the Rental Date.
Such termination shall be deemed to be a voluntary termination of the Lease Period in accordance with clause 3.3 (notwithstanding that such termination shall not have occurred on a Primary Rental Date or that the Lessor shall not have received thirty (30) days' notice thereof) and the provisions of clauses 3.3 to 3.6 shall apply thereto.
