Rainstatement of Employee. An employee who wishes to resume employment on the expiration of leave granted in accordance with this section shall be reinstated by the Division in the position occupied at the time such leave commenced or in a comparable position with not less than the same wages and benefits.

  • Security of Employment 15.1 The Employer is committed to maintaining a stable and skilled workforce, recognising its contribution to the operation of the Employer. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, daily hire (and weekly hire for mechanical plant operators) employment is the preferred type of employment under this Agreement.

  • Death of Employee Any distribution or delivery to be made to the Employee under this Agreement will, if the Employee is then deceased, be made to the administrator or executor of the Employee’s estate. Any such administrator or executor must furnish the Company with (a) written notice of his or her status as transferee, and (b) evidence satisfactory to the Company to establish the validity of the transfer and compliance with any laws or regulations pertaining to said transfer.
