Reinstatement of Employee. An employee who wishes to resume employment on the expiration of leave granted in accordance with this Article shall be reinstated in the position occupied at the time such leave commenced.
Reinstatement of Employee. An employee who wishes to resume employment on the expiration of any of the leaves granted in accordance with this article shall notify the Company in advance of not less than three (3) calendar weeks of the day she intends to return to work. The employee shall be reinstated in the position occupied by them at the time such leave commenced, or in a comparable position with not less than the same wages and benefits. In the event that an employee takes only maternity leave, said employee must provide the Company with a doctor’s certificate certifying her to be medically fit to work.

(2) Seniority will continue during the leave and benefits accumulated prior to the leave will be maintained and not paid during the leave, except that employees who qualify under Plan 1 may elect to continue to pay the premium themselves during their leave.
Reinstatement of Employee. An employee who wishes to resume employment on the expiration of parental leave shall be reinstated by the Company in the position occupied by the employee at the time such leave commenced, or in a comparable position with not less than the same wages and benefits.
Reinstatement of Employee. Employees wishing to return to work after maternity and/or parental leave shall notify the Employer, in writing, at least four (4) weeks in advance of their return. On return from maternity and/or parental leave, the employee shall be placed in their former or comparable classification and shift schedule at the same salary level.
Reinstatement of Employee. The Noblesville Common Council authorizes a Department Head, with the approval of the appropriate Merit Commission and Board of Works, to reinstate said benefits of any Firefighter who, after serving at least 365 days of full-time employment, resigns from the department, is then rehired within 1 year of separation from employment, and completes an additional 364 days of fulltime employment. All of which is subject to the aforementioned authority with completion of requirements under conditional offer of employment.

Additional Personal Leave for Staff Additional personal leave following parental leave may be granted to an employee provided mutually agreement can be concluded between the Division and the employee. Authorization for Leave The Chief Superintendent or designee is authorized to grant leaves in accordance with the Maternity Leave section, with the exception that additional leave requested in accordance with section shall require approval of the Board.
Reinstatement of Employee. A permanent classified employee, who voluntarily resigns and is reinstated or re-employed within 39 months after his/her last day of paid service in his/her previous classification, then he/she shall have restored all rights, including seniority, and burdens of a permanent employee in that class. Placement on the salary schedule at the level for the position assigned and step last reached at the time of resignation.
