Ratcheting. To the extent that CLEC requests Qwest to commingle a UNE or a UNE Combination with one or more facilities or services that CLEC has obtained at wholesale from Qwest pursuant to a method other than unbundling under Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, Qwest will not be required to xxxx that wholesale circuit at multiple rates, otherwise known as ratcheting. Such commingling will not affect the prices of UNEs or UNE Combinations involved.

To the extent that CLEC requests CenturyLink to commingle a UNE or a UNE Combination with one or more facilities or services that CLEC has obtained at wholesale from CenturyLink pursuant to a method other than unbundling under Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, CenturyLink will not be required to xxxx that wholesale circuit at multiple rates, otherwise known as ratcheting. Such commingling will not affect the prices of UNEs or UNE Combinations involved.
Ratcheting. To the extent a ALLTEL-tariffed service is used to provide both UNEs and non-UNE services ALLTEL shall not be required to bill for such ALLTEL tariffed service at blended or multiple rates (otherwise known as Ratcheting)
Ratcheting. To the extent a Qwest Tariffed service is used to provide both UNEs and non-UNE services, Qwest shall not be required to bill for such Qwest Tariffed service at blended or multiple rates (otherwise known as Ratcheting). Instead, CLEC shall be assessed the Tariffed rate, or resale rate, or the rate from other Qwest wholesale service offerings, as appropriate, for the non-UNE service.

To the extent that NT&T requests Windstream to commingle a UNE or a UNE Combination with one or more facilities or services that NT&T has obtained at wholesale from Windstream pursuant to a method other than unbundling under Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, Windstream will not be required to xxxx that wholesale circuit at multiple rates, otherwise known as ratcheting. Such commingling will not affect the prices of UNEs or UNE Combinations involved.
Ratcheting. 7.1 To the extent that CLEC requests Qwest to commingle a UNE or a UNE Combination with one or more facilities or services that CLEC has obtained at wholesale from Qwest pursuant to a method other than unbundling under Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, Qwest will not be required to ratchet individual facilities. For purposes of this Amendment, ratcheting means a pricing mechanism that involves billing a single circuit at multiple rates to develop a single blended rate. Thus, Qwest is not required to implement any changes to its billing or other systems necessary to xxxx a single circuit at multiple rates (e.g., a DS3 circuit at rates based on special access services and UNEs) in order to charge CLEC a single, blended rate. Such commingling will not affect the prices of UNEs or UNE Combinations involved.
Ratcheting. 4.5.1 A Service Failure which recurs [more than once] in any contract month shall on the [third] and each subsequent occurrence within that Contract Month attract [twice] the number of Performance Points awarded in respect of the first occurrence, except to the extent that any recurrence is the result of a Relief Event or Force Majeure
