Rating Periods. Performance evaluation ratings will be completed twice a year for all members. The rating periods shall be from May 1st through October 31st and November 1st through April 30th. The May through October ratings shall be completed during the month of November and forwarded by December 10th, to be reviewed per the distribution outline. Final distributions will be completed by December 20th. The November through April ratings shall he completed during the month of May and forwarded by June 10th, to be reviewed per the distribution outline. Final distributions will be completed by June 20th.

Rating Periods. The rating period for all employees GS-8 and below will be 1 March through the end of February. The rating period for all employees GS-9 through GS-12 will be 1 November through 31 October and for GS-13s will be 1 October through 30 September.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

Neither this provision, nor 8.8 below will apply during times when the normal school schedule must be adjusted during emergencies; or in cases when an individual teacher has requested in writing to teach more than the usual number of periods for teachers in that subject in that school, or in the case of a teacher who volunteers for other school activities during the scheduled unassigned planning period.

  • Retention periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Employees may request a particular period for vacation. Vacation days may not be taken in advance of their accrual. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Meal Periods and Rest Periods (a) Regular hours of work shall include, as scheduled by the Employer, two (2) rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes during each shift of seven and three- quarter (7 3/4) hours and exclude an unpaid meal period of not less than thirty (30) minutes.

  • Trial Periods 1. A secondment agreement may only include a trial period clause if and insofar as the contract is concluded for a period of more than six months. In that case, the maximum trial period laid down by law shall apply.

  • Grace Periods The related Mortgage or Mortgage Note provides a grace period for Monthly Payments no longer than ten (10) days from the applicable Due Date.
