RCMP Information Officer. The normal hours of work for Information Officers at the RCMP Detachment shall be eight and three-quarter (8.75) hours averaging thirty-five (35) hours a week for the Regular Full-Time Information Officers. The balance of the hours in the rotation shall be filled by a Regular Part- Time Officer. Statutory holidays shall be taken as they occur, based on a seven (7) hour day. All other applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement shall apply as for other Regular Full-Time SCHEDULE "C" (cont'd) Page 3 Employees. Shift differential in the amount of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour shall be paid for all hours worked after 6:00 p.m. and prior to 6:00 a.m. Sick leave and vacation shall be computed based on a thirty-five (35) hour work week.

RCMP Information Officer. Information Officers in the RCMP Detachment shall work a ten (10) hour shifting arrangement to provide adequate service to the public while maintaining efficiency of operation. Amendments to this arrangement shall only occur after discussion with the Union.   • Compliance Officer The Contractor shall employ a Compliance Officer who is accountable to the Contractor’s executive leadership and dedicated full-time to the Contractor’s Indiana Medicaid product lines. This individual will be the primary liaison with the State (or its designees) to facilitate communications between OMPP, the State’s contractors and the Contractor’s executive leadership and staff. This individual shall maintain a current knowledge of federal and state legislation, legislative initiatives and regulations that may impact the Hoosier Healthwise program. It is the responsibility of the Compliance Officer to coordinate reporting to the State as defined in Section 9 and to review the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of reports and data submissions to the State. The Compliance Officer, in close coordination with other key staff, has primary responsibility for ensuring all Contractor functions are in compliance with the terms of the Contract. The Compliance Officer shall meet with the OMPP Surveillance and Utilization Review Unit (SUR) on a quarterly basis.
