Re-Employment List. a) An employee who has been laid off and who was unable to exercise displacement rights or who chose not to exercise displacement rights, shall be placed on the re-employment list for the class of positions he wishes to be considered for in upcoming competitions. b) Employee’s names will be automatically included in competitions for vacancies based on the information provided in (a) above. c) An employee who does not accept a position offered will be removed from the re-employment list and will be deemed to have resigned from the Employer.
