Reasonable Accommodation for Applicants. NPLH-Eligible Households and MHSA-Eligible Households are disabled households who may be entitled to reasonable accommodations in the application and admission process. Owner shall establish and implement a procedure to respond to requests for reasonable accommodation by all applicants. Such procedure is subject to the prior review and approval of the MCBH.
