Reasonable Overtime. You may decline to work overtime in circumstances where working overtime results in you working unreasonable hours. Reasonable overtime will be determined having regard to: > Any risk to you; > Your personal circumstances including any family and carer responsibilities; > The needs of the workplace; > The notice, if any, given by us of the overtime and the notice given by you of your intention to refuse it; and > Any other matter.
