Reassignment in the County. 27 a. First: If an employee is bumped pursuant to Section 28 3.D.2.b. above, the County shall transfer the employee, if eligible, to an available 29 vacancy within the affected classification and FTE status in the County. If more than 30 one employee is reassigned to vacancies at the same time, eligible employees shall 31 be able to select a vacant lateral assignment based on Bargaining Unit Seniority. At 1 the choice of the employee, a full-time employee may choose to fill a part-time 2 position or a part-time employee may choose to fill a full-time position.

  • Payment by the Judicial Council A.
