Recall allowance. (a) Unless otherwise agreed a team member recalled to work for any reason, before or after completing their normal roster or on a day on which they did not work, will be paid at the appropriate rate for all hours worked with a minimum of three hours on each occasion. (b) The time worked will be calculated from the time the team member leaves home until the time they return home.
