Recall of Personnel. 1. Recall shall be in inverse order based on the same criteria used for layoff as determined by the Board.
2. A recall list shall be maintained by the Board for a period not to exceed twotwo (2) years. Thereafter, an employee shall lose the right to recall.
3. If elimination of a position is made by the Board, this position as defined by the job description, if reinstated, shall be within the bargaining unit.
