Reclassification of Position An employee shall not have her salary reduced by reason of a change in the classification of her position that is caused other than by the employee herself.
TERMINATION DUE TO CHANGE IN FUNDING 35 In the event funding from HCA, MCO, State, Federal, or other sources is withdrawn, reduced, or limited 36 in any way after the effective date of this Contract and prior to its normal completion, either party may 37 terminate this Contract subject to re-negotiations.
Change in Duties The duties, responsibilities, and limitations of authority of the Design Professional under this Contract shall not be restricted, modified, or extended except by Change Order.
JOB CLASSIFICATION AND RECLASSIFICATION 26.01 In order to ensure the appropriate classification of jobs listed under Schedule "A" of the collective agreement, the Parties agree that matters related to the classification of new or existing jobs shall be dealt with in accordance with the Joint Job Evaluation Manual of Procedures forming part of this collective agreement. Downward Reclassification a. When a position is reclassified to another class at the same pay level or to a class that carries a lower salary range, the incumbent trial service or regular employee shall be accorded corresponding status in the new class.
Classification and Reclassification Classification and reclassification are the assignment or reassignment, respectively, of a position or group of positions to an occupational classification which is appropriate for compensation and employment purposes.
Upward Reclassification When a position is reclassified upward a regular incumbent shall be continued in the position. He/she shall be advanced to the higher class with the same status held in the lower class if he/she meets minimum experience and training requirements. When a position is reclassified upward and the incumbent does not have regular status, the position will be filled competitively at the higher level.
Change of Classification When the classification of a position is changed, the incumbent who occupies the position whose classification has been changed shall be assigned to that position unless some other employee has vested rights to such position by reason of layoff. The changing of classification of a position remains as an exclusive management prerogative and all classification changes shall be initiated solely by management.
Reclassification Procedure a. A completed Position Description Form and written explanation for a proposed reclassification request shall be submitted to the Agency Personnel Office.
Contract Renegotiation, Suspension, or Termination Due to Change in Funding If the funds DSHS relied upon to establish this Contract or Program Agreement are withdrawn, reduced or limited, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, after the effective date of this contract but prior to the normal completion of this Contract or Program Agreement:
