Home Health and Hospice recognizes Association as the collective bargaining 3 representative with respect to rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of 4 employment for a bargaining unit composed of all registered professional nurses 5 employed by Home Health and Hospice as home health and hospice nurses, including 6 when serving in a charge capacity in the Portland and Yamhill, Oregon, service areas, 7 excluding coordinators, specialty pharmacy/infusion, Sisters of Providence, 8 administrative and supervisory personnel, and all other employees.
