Common use of Recognition and Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Recognition and Negotiation. (a) The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 474 as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Employees as listed in “Appendix A” or within such new categories as may from time to time be agreed to and established by the parties and hereby agrees to negotiate with the Union, a Union Representative and/or any of its authorized committees.
