Recognition for Past Experience. Employees hired during the term of this Agreement shall be compensated at a wage level in accordance with the following understanding: a. One (1) to three (3) years past experience, at least the first year rate of pay. b. Four (4) to eight (8) years past experience, at least the second year rate of pay. c. More than eight (8) years past experience, at least the third year rate of pay.
