Recognition for Past Experience. All nurses hired during the term of this Agreement shall be given full credit for continuous recent nursing experience when placed on the wage scale. For purposes of this section, continuous recent nursing experience shall be defined as experience in an accredited hospital, ambulatory care setting, home health agency or equivalent health care experience (including temporary employment with an employer, without a break in nursing experience which would reduce the level of nursing skills in the opinion of the Employer).
