Common use of Recognition for Past Experience Clause in Contracts

Recognition for Past Experience. All employees hired during the term of this Agreement shall be given full credit for continuous recent experience when placed on the wage scale. For purposes of this section, continuous recent experience shall be defined as experience in an accredited hospital, ambulatory care setting, home health agency or equivalent health care experience (including temporary employment with an employer, without a break in experience which would reduce the level of clinical/technical skills in the opinion of the Employer).

Recognition for Past Experience. All employees hired during the term of this Agreement shall be given full credit for continuous recent similar experience when placed on the wage scale. For purposes of this section, continuous recent experience shall be defined as relevant prior experience in an accredited hospital, ambulatory care setting, home health agency or equivalent health care experience (including temporary employment with an employer, without a break of more than two years in experience an equivalent job classification (as determined by the Hospital) to the one for which would reduce the level of clinical/technical skills in the opinion of the Employer)employee applied.

All employees hired during the term of this Agreement shall be given full credit for continuous recent experience when placed on with the wage scale. current pay ranges as outlined in Appendix B. For purposes of this section, continuous recent experience shall be defined as recent and related experience in the same job classification in an accredited hospital, ambulatory acute care setting, home health agency Medical Center or equivalent health care experience (including temporary employment with an employerother organization determined to be comparable and relevant by the Employer, without a break in experience which would reduce the level of clinical/technical relevant skills in the opinion of the Employer).
