Record Keeping and Reporting by the College of Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee The Registrar (or designee) serves as the secretary to the College of Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee. Minutes of all College of Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee meetings shall be distributed to Committee members by the next regularly called meeting and approved minutes shall be posted electronically for review by interested faculty members. Records of the Committee’s actions shall be deposited with the Chair of the College Assembly and the Office of Academic Affairs. The College of Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee shall submit and present an Annual Report to the College Assembly at the conclusion of the academic year.

  • Record Keeping and Reporting 15.01 The Accredited Entity shall ensure that:

To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. The costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Form of Agreement and Reporting If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal to the TIPS Member. TIPS does not require a review a TIPS Member’s Job Order contract TYPE AIA or other similar Contract provided by the TIPS Member. This clause does not relieve the Vendor from the responsibility to report the contract execution and the amount of the contract and any change orders.
