Record of interrogation. The interrogation may be recorded, and if it is, the police civilian employee shall have access to the tape if any further proceedings are contemplated or prior to any further interrogation at a subsequent time.
Record of interrogation. 3.7 A complete record of any interrogation shall be made, and a complete transcript or copy shall be made available to the fireman under investigation without charge and without undue delay. Such record may be electronically recorded.
Record of interrogation. The complete interrogation of the employee, including notations indicating the beginning and ending of all recess periods, shall be recorded, and there shall be no unrecorded questions or statements except by mutual agreement. At the written request of the employee, a transcribed copy of the interrogation, if transcribed, shall be furnished to the employee within five (5) working days after the request. If a tape recording is made of the interrogation, the employee shall, upon written request, have access to the tape. The original tape shall remain the property of and in the custody of the Police Department. Expenses incurred in the reproduction of the tape and/or transcription of the interrogation(s) shall be borne by the employee as occasioned by the employee's request. Copies shall be made only by the Employer and shall be certified to be true. The employee may, at the employee's option, have the interrogation session recorded on the employee's personal tape recorder.

  • Written Examination The content of any written examination will be scaled appropriately to the level of the position being considered. All written tests will be structured and administered to each given rank level. Written tests will be designated a general knowledge level or standards designated where rank and position warrant specialization. The Sheriff will determine where general or specialized standard testing is warranted. Personnel will be advised well in advance of testing as to the nature of the test to be administered. The Sheriff shall prepare the written examination or secure it from a professional testing agency.

  • SITE EXAMINATION Contractor has examined the Site and certifies that it accepts all measurements, specifications and conditions affecting the Work to be performed at the Site. By submitting its quote, Contractor warrants that it has made all Site examination(s) that it deems necessary as to the condition of the Site, its accessibility for materials, workers and utilities, and Contractor’s ability to protect existing surface and subsurface improvements. No claim for allowance of time or money will be allowed as to any other undiscovered condition on the Site.

  • Examinations Employees shall be permitted to write any examination required by the Employer, upon satisfactory completion of the necessary term of service and training programs. Employees who fail an examination shall, upon request and where available, receive a copy of their examination paper and shall be eligible to be re-examined. This provision shall not apply to examinations set as a condition of initial employment.

  • Physical Examination The Employer, at its own expense, shall have the right and be given the opportunity to have a medical doctor appointed by the Employer examine, as often as it may reasonably require, any employee whose injury, sickness, mental or nervous disorder is the basis of claim upon this Plan.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Subpoena In the event that a subpoena or other legal process is served upon the Contractor for records containing confidential information, the Contractor shall promptly notify the State and cooperate with the State in any lawful effort to protect the confidential information.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
