RECORD RETENTION, ACCESS, AND AUDIT a. The Subrecipient will maintain records of transactions related to this Agreement for at least three years after payment of the final milestone. During and after the period of this award, Internews retains the right, at its discretion, to examine all or a sample of the Subrecipient’s records or transactions related to this Agreement where concerns of implementation irregularities arise.

  • Access and Retention of Records Contractor agrees to provide the department, Legislative Auditor, or their authorized agents, access to any records necessary to determine contract compliance.
