County Access. Access by County personnel, agents, lessees, sublessees and invitees to the Permit Property and Bridge Structures shall be allowed at any time during the term of this Permit; with no requirement of advance notice to Developer.

County Access. The County and EFSEC shall be granted reasonable access to the Project site during decommissioning of the Project for purposes of inspecting any decommissioning work or to perform decommissioning evaluations. County and EFSEC personnel on the Project site shall observe all worker safety requirements enforced and observed by the Certificate Holder and its contractors. If requested by the County and EFSEC, the Certificate Holder will provide monthly status reports until this decommissioning work is completed.
County Access. The County shall have the right to reasonably access the Property upon 48-hours’ prior advance notice to inspect the Property.
County Access. Licensee shall allow County and County's employees or agents access to the Licensed Premises at all times for the purpose of inspection,or for the purpose of performing any work or services required to be performed by County under this License, or for any other purpose which County considers necessary or desirable.

  • County Data Nothing in this Agreement will be construed to waive the requirements of § 205.009 of the Texas Local Government Code.

  • Party Access Each Party shall supply information to the other Party as required by this Agreement. Information shall be treated as Confidential Information under this Agreement if (i) it has been clearly marked or otherwise designated as “Confidential information” by the Party supplying the information, or (ii) it is information designated as Confidential Information by applicable provisions of the ISO Tariffs; provided, however, Confidential Information does not include information: (i) in the public domain or that has been previously publicly disclosed without violation of this Agreement, (ii) required by law to be publicly submitted or disclosed (with notice to the other Party), or (iii) necessary to be divulged in an action to enforce this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Section to the contrary, the NTO shall not have a right hereunder to receive or review any documents, data or other information of another Market Participant or the ISO, including documents, data or other information provided to the ISO, to the extent such documents, data or information have been designated as confidential pursuant to the procedures specified in the ISO Tariffs or to the extent that they have been designated as confidential by such other Market Participant; provided, however, that the NTO may receive and review any composite documents, data and other information that may be developed based on such confidential documents, data or information if the composite does not disclose any individual Market Participant’s confidential data or information.

An authorized representative shall have the right to contact an individual employee represented by the Association in a County facility during the employee's work hours on matters concerning wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment. Such a representative shall make arrangements with the County official responsible for the operation of the County facility prior to entering the work location of the employee. The Association official shall have the right to make arrangements for a contact location removed from the work area of the employee.
