County Access. Access by County personnel, agents, lessees, sublessees and invitees to the Permit Property and Bridge Structures shall be allowed at any time during the term of this Permit; with no requirement of advance notice to Developer.

County Access. The County shall have the right to reasonably access the Property upon 48-hours’ prior advance notice to inspect the Property.
County Access. County, or County’s representatives or agents, may enter the Facility at any and all reasonable times during the Term of this License for the purpose of determining whether the Licensee is complying with the terms and conditions of this License, or for any other purpose incidental to the rights of County.
County Access. The County and EFSEC shall be granted reasonable access to the Project site during decommissioning of the Project for purposes of inspecting any decommissioning work or to perform decommissioning evaluations. County and EFSEC personnel on the Project site shall observe all worker safety requirements enforced and observed by the Certificate Holder and its contractors.   • Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Building Access The authorized representatives of the Union shall upon request have access to the District’s premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of adjusting grievances, investigating working conditions, or ascertaining that provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to; provided the representatives check in with the front office, following school protocol to receive a visitor’s badge, they do not interfere with employees in the performance of their duties. The Union shall furnish the District with the names of its authorized representatives.

  • Conflict of Interest – County Personnel The County of Orange Board of Supervisors policy prohibits its employees from engaging in activities involving a conflict of interest. The Contractor shall not, during the period of this Contract, employ any County employee for any purpose.
