All case discussions from supervision will be recorded directly onto Liquidlogic on the child/family/carer file. At the end of each session we will agree any action points necessary; we will review the effectiveness of our sessions every 12 months. The supervisor will in turn work with the supervisee to identify training and developmental needs and explore how these needs can best be met. Any issues of concern regarding a supervisee’s performance will be identified at an early stage so that clear targets for improvement and supportive actions can be established, minimising any potential impact on service delivery. Feedback on performance will include positives and areas for development.
Recording of Sessions. Sometimes we need to record sessions and to use (anonymous) case material for the purposes of supervision, therapist’s training, and research. All such material is treated with your confidentiality and respect. We will not do this without asking you and gaining your permission. Notes of the sessions are kept on an internal, secure electronic record keeping system, in line with current data protection regulations. Only the allocated therapist involved and Time to Listen’s organisational management (for supervision and auditing purposes) have access to these. This information will be held for seven years and then disposed of in an appropriate manner that ensures the preservation of confidentiality. All records and information remain the property of Time to Listen. Conduct and/or any other applicable Frameworks of recognised authorities regulating the counselling and psychotherapy professions. If there is any cause for complaint, you are welcome to discuss this with your therapist or Time to Listen’s Chief Executive who will try to resolve any issues of concern. Alternatively, you can access our compliments and complaints procedures on our website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx • We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of sessions. • Late cancellations (with less than 24 hours’ notice) or failure to attend an appointment will incur the full session fee. • If your sessions are being funded through a charitable grant such as the National Lottery Community Fund or Children in Need, they will incur a late cancellation fee at a cost of between £45 - £55. An invoice will be sent to yourself or an adult who holds parental responsibility for you, for recovery of these funds. In cases where you do not contact us and you fail to attend a session, we will contact you to discuss and review your availability and your commitment to ensure future, regular attendance.

The line manager will take responsibility for recording supervision discussions on a minute template. A copy will be given to the employee to sign. The employee will take responsibility for photocopying this record to ensure she/he has a copy of the signed supervision notes/minutes for their record.

Recording of Sessions. The parties in mediation may not record, by audio, video, screen shot, or any other means, any session or part thereof. If you are asked, and if you grant permission on the record, the mediator may record a session or part thereof solely for the purposes of the mediator’s education and supervision, which shall be deleted permanently after such purpose has been fulfilled.
Recording of Sessions. Sometimes sessions are recorded to monitor my ethical practice and skills and for on-going training and CPD purposes. Particularly in EFT therapy sessions are recorded as part of the reflective process in giving you the best possible service. As part of this, recorded clips may be used: • In supervision sessions (Supervision may be 1-1, in a group, face to face or online.) • In the therapist's CPD training groups (this may be accompanied by a transcript of the clip). • In EFT clinical practice and for certification with ICEEFT and BEFT The above persons are bound by similar confidentiality and ethical standards as myself. Recordings are securely kept and deleted when no longer needed for the purposes above.
Recording of Sessions. Recording of therapy sessions is prohibited unless you and Xx. Xxxxxx have agreed to use recordings for a thepeutic reasons. In that case a separate signed agreement will be obtained and all recordings will be destroyed after their use in therapy.
