Late Cancellations. If a limited English proficient client, patient or authorized requester cancels less than twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the appointment, including in cases of error on the part of the requestor, State, or third parties, an interpreter will be paid for thirty (30) minutes. The twenty-four (24) hours shall not include weekends or state recognized holidays. If any appointment within the series of consecutive appointments is a late cancellation it shall be considered a late cancellation and the interpreter will be paid for thirty (30) minutes.
Late Cancellations. Fees Exhibitors who have reserved space at the 2023 show have until January 15 to cancel with no late-cancellation fees. Ex- hibitors who cancel after January 15 agree to pay a $100 late cancellation fee. Exhibitors who cancel after April 15 agree to pay 50% of the booth fee.
Late Cancellations. A late cancellation is considered when a patient fails to cancel their scheduled appointment with a 24-hour advance notice. No-shows: a no-show is when a patient misses an appointment with no notice or shows up too late to the appointment to be seen. A $50.00 fee will be billed to your account for late cancellations and for no-shows.
Late Cancellations. Please try to give me as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend a session. If you fail to answer the phone or join the Zoom session or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice I will have to charge the full session fee unless we can reschedule for another time in the same week Wherever possible I will give you at least 48 hours’ notice if I need to change the appointment or am unable to attend and there will be no fee payable.
Late Cancellations. If Facility cancels a shift less than two (2) hours before the shift start time or dismisses a CareRev Professional who has worked less than four hours of a shift, Facility agrees to be invoiced by CareRev as if the CareRev Professional had worked four (4) hours of the shift.
Late Cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be charged in full to the client's financial investment. Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies, at the discretion of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx.
Late Cancellations. No shows: For a missed or late-cancelled service, you will be charged the self-pay rate for that service (unless otherwise specified by your insurance carrier). Due to the IOP occupancy limits, these services cannot occupied by another client. Please note: services must be cancelled by 9:00am the business day before. Please be advised that reminder calls are a courtesy, and you will be billed for late-cancellations and no-shows, regardless of whether or not you received the reminder message. Repeated late-cancellations and/or no-shows may result in dismissal from treatment, at our discretion.
Late Cancellations. We consider a late cancellation to be within 24 hours of your appointment. We understand at times there are unexpected events or needs that arise requiring the late cancellation of an appointment. We want to be transparent and clear there are fees associated with a late cancellation and the fees are found in our financial policy. The fee will be charged automatically to the card we have on file. If we do not charge the card, please expect to pay the fee at your next visit. In the event there was a true emergency, please let us know and we can review to credit your account for any charges related to the late cancellation. Lastly, if you have reoccurring appointments scheduled, they will be canceled and further appointments can be discussed with staff.
Late Cancellations. No fee is charged if the ride is cancelled by 3:00 PM the day prior to the ride. However, if the ride is cancelled same day of the scheduled pickup, entire trip cost will be billed.
Late Cancellations. HopeSprings understands that illnesses and emergencies happen. Each client will be gifted one free late cancellation per calendar year. In order for the free late cancel to be applied, you must inform us at the time of cancellation of appointment. For all other cancellations, you will be charged a $25.00 late cancellation fee (this is discounted from our usual hourly rate of $175.00)
