Recording Official Time. A representative's use of official time will be recorded on a Weekly Time and Attendance Record (NA Form 3032A) or Daily Time and Attendance Record (NA Form 3032B) unless an alternative method has been agreed to by the Parties. Each Union representative will record her or his official representational time in the appropriate timekeeping category for Union Official Time on the NA Form 3032A or NA Form 3032B.
Recording Official Time. X. Xxxxxxxxxx of official time will be made by submitting form NIH 2789 in accordance with Section 4 above, to the immediate supervisor of the person making the request. The amount of official time must be recorded on the Record of Official Time log. These forms are included in this agreement as Appendix A and B respectively.
Recording Official Time. Union representatives and employees are responsible for informing their supervisor and timekeeper of official time used for official union business and to insure the time has been properly recorded on the designated form and the biweekly Time and Attendance Report.
Recording Official Time. The officer or xxxxxxx’x supervisor will record official time use each Monday for the previous week on the Records of Official Time (ROT’s) provided by the Employer. The officer or xxxxxxx will review the ROT to ensure that it is accurate and return it to the supervisor within 24 hours.
