Records Ownership. 1. It is understood that in the event this Agreement terminates for any reason, COUNTY, at its option may take ownership of all records created for the purpose of providing and facilitating provision of services under the Agreement.

Records Ownership. You acknowledge, understand, and agree that all files, records and documents, whether in hard copy, electronic or any other form, generated or received by the Company or its employees, or concerning the Company or its business, belong to and constitute the property of Company and that Company is the records owner of all such files, records and documents. Therefore, upon your separation from employment, all such files, records and documents shall remain on the premises and in the possession of Company, and you shall promptly return any and all such files, records and documents to Company that you may then have, or at any time thereafter you discover in your possession. You shall not retain any copies of such files, records and documents.
Records Ownership. All data storage media, security procedures, data, information and related records used by Bank for transactions contemplated by any Service will be and remain Bank’s property. Except to the extent that Bank is required by law to make information available to Customer, Bank may, in its sole discretion, determine whether to make available such information upon Customer’s request. Contractor understands that he/she must produce and maintain said records on the students, at the very least, in accordance with the standard of acceptable practice of a NPS/NPA. These records will be provided to the District on a quarterly basis (defined as the first day of the months of January, April, June, and October.) or as requested by the District, and will become part of the student’s education record as defined under FERPA and state law.
