Records Ownership. 1. It is understood that in the event this Agreement terminates for any reason, COUNTY, at its option may take ownership of all records created for the purpose of providing and facilitating provision of services under the Agreement.

You acknowledge, understand, and agree that all files, records and documents, whether in hard copy, electronic or any other form, generated or received by the Company or its employees, or concerning the Company or its business, belong to and constitute the property of Company and that Company is the records owner of all such files, records and documents. Therefore, upon your separation from employment, all such files, records and documents shall remain on the premises and in the possession of Company, and you shall promptly return any and all such files, records and documents to Company that you may then have, or at any time thereafter you discover in your possession. You shall not retain any copies of such files, records and documents.
Records Ownership. All data storage media, security procedures, data, information and related records used by Bank for transactions contemplated by any Service will be and remain Bank’s property. Except to the extent that Bank is required by law to make information available to Customer, Bank may, in its sole discretion, determine whether to make available such information upon Customer’s request. Any expenses incurred by Bank in making such information available to Customer will be paid by Customer. Absent manifest error, the records of Bank will be conclusive evidence with respect to the matters governed by this Agreement.

Section 1232g, the Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act (“FERPA”). Contractor is thus subject to the FERPA standards of confidentiality regarding services to student. All records as defined in the current MASTER CONTRACT and produced in the course of providing said services are the property of the District, “Student Records” shall include, but are not limited to, records, files, documents, materials, reports, summaries, graphs, notes, data, worksheets, work and assignments relating to the student, transcripts, and the student’s progress in receiving said services. Contractor understands that he/she must produce and maintain said records on the students, at the very least, in accordance with the standard of acceptable practice of a NPS/NPA. These records will be provided to the District on a quarterly basis (defined as the first day of the months of January, April, June, and October.) or as requested by the District, and will become part of the student’s education record as defined under FERPA and state law.

All medical, patient, business, and financial records, correspondence or other documents generated by Trainee or Hospital belong to Hospital or All Children’s Specialty Physicians (“ACSP”) and Hospital or ACSP, as applicable, is the "records owner" under Florida law. Trainee shall have no right to keep or retain such records, papers and documents after this Agreement is terminated or expires, except as provided by Florida law.
