Recovery Act Reporting. No later than ten (10) calendar days after each calendar quarter in which the Awardee receives the assistance award funded in whole or part with Award funds, the Awardee shall submit through hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx the information required by 2 C.F.R. 176. The final report should summarize the Awardee's quarterly filings and state whether the project's goals have been satisfied.

Recovery Act Reporting. The Borrower has taken all necessary steps to be in compliance as of the Financial Closing Date with its reporting obligations under Section 6.29(a) with respect to the Recovery Act.
Recovery Act Reporting. Reporting requirements under Section 1201(c)(2) of the Recovery Act, “General ProvisionDepartment of Transportation” apply. Project reports, including information as set forth in paragraph 2, below, shall therefore be reported to the Government in accordance with the statutory timeframes. Due to the unique timeframe for TIGER Discretionary Grant awards, Grantees should submit the first of such reports on the first due date following the execution date of this Grant Agreement and on each subsequent due date thereafter.
