Recovery of Wages. 24.6.1 In the event an employee receives a recovery for lost wages from a third party, the Company shall have a lien on the proceeds of any recovery from the third party, after the deductions of reasonable and necessary expenditures, including attorney's fees, to the extent of the total amount of the disability benefits paid by this Plan.
