Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Cooperation in Loss Recovery Efforts In the event of any damages for which Bank or Customer may be liable to each other or to a third party pursuant to the services provided under this Agreement, Bank and Customer will undertake reasonable efforts to cooperate with each other, as permitted by applicable law, in performing loss recovery efforts and in connection with any actions that the relevant party may be obligated to defend or elects to pursue against a third party.
Rejected Items; Abandonment (a) The Contractor may deliver, cause to be delivered, or, in any other way, bring or cause to be brought, to any State premises or other destination, Goods, as samples or otherwise, and other supplies, materials, equipment or other tangible personal property. Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.
