Redundancy entitlements. 15.1 Redundancy or redundant means the termination or cessation of employment of an Employee for any reason. In respect of redundancy benefits: (a) The Company agrees to make redundancy contributions of $ 55.00 per week or pro rata for any time worked less than a week in respect of Employees (except casuals) covered by this agreement into the Australian Construction Industry Redundancy Trust (ACIRT). The entitlement for apprentices shall be in accordance with Appendix F (b An Employee is entitled to access his/her redundancy payments when they cease to be employed by the Company.
