Reemployment in Highest Classification. Unit Members shall be reemployed in the highest rated job classification available and with the time assignment available, in accordance with their seniority in the classification, plus higher classifications. Unit Members who accept a position lower than their former classification shall retain their original sixty- three (63) months of reemployment rights to the former position.

Unit Members Bargaining unit members shall be reemployed in the highest rated job classification and assigned time closest to the position from which he/she was laid off, available and with the time assignment available, in accordance with their seniority in the classification, plus higher classificationsclassification seniority. Unit Members Bargaining unit members who accept a position lower than their highest former classification shall retain their original sixty- three thirty-nine (6339) months of reemployment month rights to the former higher paid position.
