Referral of Safety Concern. An employee or a group of employees who have a health or safety concern should endeavour to resolve the concern by first referring the concern to the immediate supervisor or Safety Officer, who will investigate and take remedial action. Should the concern not be addressed, the employee or group of employees shall bring the concern to the attention of the Occupational Health & Safety Committee.

Minutes of all Committee meetings and inspection reports shall be provided to the Union, Employer and Occupational Health and Safety Branch of the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment of the Province of Saskatchewan, Safety Measures Employees shall be supplied and required to use all necessary tools, safety equipment, and protective clothing as required by Safety Regulations,
