Referral of Safety Concern. An employee or a group of employees who have a health or safety concern should endeavour to resolve the concern by first referring the concern to the immediate supervisor or Safety Officer, who will investigate and take remedial action. Should the concern not be addressed, the employee or group of employees shall bring the concern to the attention of the Occupational Health & Safety Committee.
