Refund Terms. (a) Cancellation by Charterer: If Charterer cancels the charter, SF Bay Boat Cruises’ refund policy is as follows: 1) if Charterer cancels the charter with more than four weeks from charter date then the Charterer is entitled to a 100% refund of any deposits, balance and additional payments; 2) if cancellation is requested within seven days of the charter date then the Charterer will be refunded 50% of any deposits, balance and additional payments; 3) if cancellation is requested within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the charter date then the Charterer forfeits all deposits, balance and additional payments and any deposits, balance and additional payments retained by SF Bay Boat Cruises are non-liquidated damages.

You are not entitled to a refund for any cancellation or withdrawal of your BetterPay application after signup, or for the subscription fee itself. Refund because of Termination of Service We reserve the right to terminate your Account at any time for any reason in accordance with the Terms of our service and we will not give you a refund for the amount fee that you have paid to us.
