Refusing Work Assignment. After completing the work assigned on the sign-up board, an operator will not then be penalized with an AWOL for refusal to do further work. Operators will not receive an AWOL for refusal to work days off, unless given twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Any operator turning down work will be penalized only for that amount turned down.
