Registration and Credentials. In connection with the Zing Platform and Your Market, You shall be issued one or more Credentials for identifying Your Market, authentication, user account management, and other purposes. You are solely responsible for securing a public and private key pair. The Credentials do not include Your public and private keys, but refer only to the security certificates, tokens, passwords, and other credentials provided by JM. You shall furnish Your public key to JM for certification by JM as part of Credentials issued to You in connection with the Zing Platform. As a condition to receiving Credentials, JM may require You to submit certain information to authenticate Your identity. The Credentials are, and shall remain, the property of JM. JM grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, limited, terminable, and revocable right during the term of this Agreement to use the Credentials for the purpose of operating Your Market or as otherwise directed by XX. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise disclose Your Credentials or use Credentials with any other Market or for any other purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your Credentials and Your Participant Account and for immediately notifying JM if You believe the confidentiality or security of the Credentials or Participant Account has been compromised. You are responsible for all activities that occur using Your Credentials or under Your Participant Account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by You or someone else. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information (including a current e-mail address and other required contact information) for Your Participant Account. From time-to-time, JM may, in its sole discretion, require You to renew Your Participant Account or the Credentials. JM may, in its sole discretion, refuse to issue Credentials, revoke Your Credentials, discontinue Your Participant Account, and terminate this Agreement at any time if: (1) Your contact information is not up-to-date or You do not respond to communications directed to You; (2) JM determines, in its sole discretion, that Your Market fails to comply with the requirements of the Zing Platform including, without limitation any Certification requirements, as defined below; (3) Your Market interferes with, degrades, or otherwise adversely affects any JM services or systems or Zing Offerings; (4) the informa...

Registration and Credentials. During registration, Client will provide an email address and assist in selecting its Password (“Credentials”). These are Client’s Credentials for accessing the Software. Client agrees that DMS may use Client Credentials to authenticate access to the Software. Client agrees to take all reasonable steps to safeguard its User ID, Password, and other Credentials for the Software so as to ensure that no unauthorized person will have access to it, and that no persons authorized to have access will make any unauthorized use. Client is responsible for all authorized uses of the Software using Client’s Credentials, including use by others to whom Client may have given its Credentials. Client, not DMS, shall be responsible for maintaining and protecting Client’s Credentials and Client’s content, including, but not limited to, third party data and materials. Client shall promptly report to DMS any unauthorized use of the Software of which Client becomes aware and shall take such further steps as may reasonably be requested by DMS to prevent unauthorized use thereof. If Client’s contact information changes, or other information relating to the Client’s account changes, Client must notify DMS promptly and keep Client’s information current. Client is solely responsible for any activity using Client’s account, whether or not Client has authorized that activity. Once Client has become aware of any unauthorized use of Client’s account or if Client’s email or password has been hacked or stolen, Client should immediately notify DMS. If Client discovers that someone is using Client’s Password or account without consent, or Client discovers any other breach of security, Client agrees to notify DMS immediately using the information provided on the “Contact Us” page of xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. DMS reserves the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of all uses of the Software at any time without prior notice.

  • Bulk Registration Data Access to Icann Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data. In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-to-date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

Upon provision of all Registration Data and acceptance of Customer’s Service Order, Pilot may provide Customer’s designated Account Administrator and other Pilot Voice users with, as applicable, administrator or user web portal logins and other Account information. Customer is solely liable for any transactions or activities by it or any third- party that occurs on its Account. Customer shall immediately notify Pilot of any unauthorized use of its Account or if any other breach of security has occurred. In no event shall Pilot be liable for any unauthorized, third-party use of your Account.

This system shall adhere to section 00-00-000, C.R.S., including a review of the online school’s alignment to the quality standards outlined in section 22-30.7-105(3)(b), C.R.S., and compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements, in accordance with section 22-30.7-103(3)(m), C.R.S.

  • NERC Registration If and to the extent any of the NTO’s facilities are NERC jurisdictional facilities, the ISO will register for certain NERC functions applicable to those NTO facilities. Such functions may include, without limitation, those functions designated by NERC to be “Reliability Coordinator” and “Balancing Authority” and “Transmission Planner” and “Planning Coordinator.” The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the compliance obligations for the NERC functions applicable to, and to be performed by, each Party with respect to the NTO’s facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.
