REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION. To register, the Participant must first have created a user account on ProjectSet website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) and must have truthfully and accurately completed all required information therein. Any registration based on inaccurate, false, or incomplete information will result in the Participant’s disqualification. Refusing collection, recording and use of their personal data that is strictly necessary to performing the Challenge will result in the Participant’s disqualification. The Participant is solely responsible for the information he/ she provides when registering. Any intentional or non-intentional mistake, anomaly or inconsistency, regarding this information, may result in the Participant’s disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct all necessary verifications regarding the Participant’s identity, postal and/or email address. Deletion of a Participant’s user account on the Challenge website will be deemed as a withdrawal from the Challenge. In this case, the Participant, regardless of whether the deletion results from the Participant’s personal action or not, will not participate in the Challenge, and will not obtain any compensation. You must also have accepted the Rules as well as the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy during the creation of your user account and your registration to the Challenge. Registration for and participation in the Challenge is free, with no purchase or payment obligation.
REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION. 2.1 You agree to complete such application form as the Charity shall require in order to apply to for entry to the Event, together with such other application form or documentation as the Organiser shall require.
2.2 By applying for entry to the Event You confirm and agree that:
a. You will inform the Charity in writing immediately, should You not be able to take part in the Event.
b. You are aware that the Event is likely to be physically demanding and that You consider that You are physically capable of taking part.
c. You take part in the Event at Your own risk and the Charity are not responsible for any injury / illness that may arise.
d. The Charity are not the Organiser of the Event.
e. You must abide by any rules or regulations of the Organiser and should take note of any guidelines provide by the Organiser.
f. The Charity may take and thereafter publicise or use promotional photographs of the Event which may include Your image.
g. Personal information that the Charity hold about You may be provided to the Organiser who may use it for Event organisation and/or other reasons associated with the Event.
REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION. 2.1. The exhibitor shall fill in and submit the Application Contract until the 15th of October 2021. After this date, applications will be received only if there is any available storage space. Depending on the technical possibilities of the virtual platform, the virtual stand may be different from the one requested or participation may be refused by organizer. ROMEXPO will confirm the e3hibitor's participation, subsequently, in writing, by sending the proforma invoice related to the ordered package.
2.2. The allocation of the virtual stands will be made according to the sectorization of the pavilions, the ordered participation packages and the registration date, the exhibitors being obliged to comply with the participation package ordered and confirmed by Romexpo.
2.3. Participation may be refused by the organizer, if it deems such measure to be necessary and useful for the purposes of the virtual event.
2.4. Exhibitors are required to comply the participation package confirmed by Romexpo.
