PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME. The Tenderer shall attach a preliminary programme reflecting the proposed sequence and tempo of execution of the various activities comprising the work for this Contract. The programme shall be in accordance with the information supplied in the Contract, requirements of the Project Specifications and with all other aspects of his Tender. NOTE: ONLY COMPUTIRSED PRELIMINARY PROGRAM WILL BE CONSIDERED PROGRAMME (EXAMPLE ONLY) ACTIVITY MONTHS [Note: The programme must be based on the completion time as specified in the Contract Data. PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME. The Contractor shall include with his prices a preliminary programme on the prescribed form to be completed by all Tenderers. The programme shall be in the form of a simplified bar chart with sufficient details to show clearly how the works will be performed within the time for completion as stated in the Contract Data. The Contractor shall be deemed to have allowed fully in his rates and prices as well as in his programme for all possible delays due to normal adverse weather conditions and special non- working days as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, in the Project Specifications and in the Contract Data. The construction site is situated in a built-up area; the Contractor shall ensure the least possible disruption of movement of the public during construction. Construction methods must be of such a nature that no property or life is endangered. The Employer accepts no responsibility for work that is done without consent by the Engineer outside the site boundaries. The Contractor himself is responsible for liaison and arrangements with the Local Authority in connection with the finalisation and approval of the construction program. The Contractor is responsible for liaison and the necessary arrangements with the relevant road authorities in respect of the finalisation and approval of the works programme. Sufficient photos of existing structures, walls, and areas that have to be crossed must be taken by the Contractor and handed over to the Engineer before such operations commence. No payment will be made in this regard and it shall be deemed to be covered in the Preliminary and General items. Local labourers must do the trench preparation, bedding, handling, laying and backfilling of pipes and fittings. The contractor is responsible to liaise with the Labour Desk for labourers. No separate payment shall be made for any arrangements with relative local authorities for closing off the current water supply or for the distribution of notices to the public. The compilation of the construction programme and any amendments thereto during the course of construction shall be at the cost of the Contractor and shall not be measured elsewhere in this contract. The contract has to be completed within the time specified in the “Contract Data” of this document, excluding the builder and public holidays.

  • Preliminary Design § 4.3.1 Upon the Owner’s issuance of a written consent to proceed under Section 4.2.3, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit a Preliminary Design to the Owner. The Preliminary Design shall include a report identifying any deviations from the Owner’s Criteria, and shall include the following:

  • Prospectus The prospectus included in a Registration Statement, as amended or supplemented by any prospectus supplement and by all other amendments thereto, including post-effective amendments, and all material incorporated by reference into such Prospectus.

  • Preliminary Engineering In order to receive City review and approval of the Extensions, Developer shall furnish two (2) copies of the plat map, topographic map and proposed roads profile sheets in electronic format prior to the City’s ordering of the engineering plans from its Engineer. The contour elevation and road profile elevations shall be referenced to NAVD ‘88 datum. In the event Developer’s engineer prepares the construction plans and specifications, the above information shall be a part of the extension construction plans to be reviewed and approved by the City’s Engineer. The final plat map shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. The contour map shall have a scale of 1-inch = 20 feet and contour intervals of two (2) feet or less. The road profile sheets shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. Developer shall provide a minimum of one benchmark, datum being NAVD ‘88, on the project site; and the elevation and location of the benchmark shall be indicated on the maps furnished by Developer.

  • Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.

  • Preliminary Cost Estimates The Engineer shall develop a preliminary cost estimate using the Average Low Bid Unit Price. The Engineer shall estimate the total project cost including preliminary engineering, final engineering, right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, environmental compliance and mitigation, construction, utility relocation, and construction engineering inspection (CEI).

  • Monthly Progress Report This report shall include a description of the activities during the reporting period and the activities planned for the ensuing reporting period. The first reporting period consists of the first full month of performance plus any fractional part of the initial month. Thereafter, the reporting period shall consist of each calendar month. The Contractor shall submit a Monthly Progress Report on or before the 15th calendar day following the last day of each reporting period and shall include the following: Title Page: The title page for this report shall include the contract number and title; the type of report and period that it covers; the Contractor’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address; and the date of submission.

  • Disclosure Program Prior to the GSK Effective Date, GSK and its Affiliates established a Disclosure Program that includes a mechanism (the toll free “Integrity Helpline”) to enable individuals to disclose, to the Compliance Officer or some other person who is not in the disclosing individual’s chain of command, any identified issues or questions associated with GSK’s or a GSK Affiliate’s policies, conduct, practices, or procedures with respect to a Federal health care program or an FDA requirement (including as they relate to CGMP Activities) believed by the individual to be a potential violation of criminal, civil, or administrative law. The Integrity Helpline may be used by employees of third party suppliers that contract with GSK. GSK and its Affiliates publicize, and shall continue to appropriately publicize, the existence of the Disclosure Program and the Integrity Helpline (e.g., via periodic e-mails to employees, by posting the information in prominent common areas, or through references in the Code of Conduct and during training.) GlaxoSmithKline LLC Corporate Integrity Agreement The Disclosure Program shall emphasize a nonretribution, non-retaliation policy and shall include a reporting mechanism for anonymous communications for which appropriate confidentiality shall be maintained. Upon receipt of a disclosure, the Compliance Officer (or designee) shall gather all relevant information from the disclosing individual. The Compliance Officer (or designee) shall make a preliminary, good faith inquiry into the allegations set forth in every disclosure to ensure that it obtains all necessary information to determine whether a further review should be conducted. For any disclosure that is sufficiently specific so that it reasonably: (1) permits a determination of the appropriateness of the alleged improper practice; and (2) provides an opportunity for taking corrective action, GSK and/or any applicable Affiliate shall conduct an internal review of the allegations set forth in the disclosure and ensure that proper follow-up is conducted. GSK shall maintain, a disclosure log, which includes a record and summary of each disclosure received (whether anonymous or not), the status of the respective internal reviews, and any corrective action taken in response to the internal reviews. This disclosure log shall be made available to OIG upon request.
