Registrations and Renewals. As between Xxxxxxxx.xxx and Partner, Partner shall be solely responsible for any registration, renewal or deletion of a Service for a Referred User. For the registration and renewal of domain name registrations, Partner may select only one of the following settings by selecting such setting in Account Manager:
Registrations and Renewals. 2.1 CSC cannot guarantee that Customer will be able to register or renew a desired domain name, nor how long such registration or renewal will take. Nor shall CSC be liable, or responsible to Customer, or any third party (i) in the event CSC is not able to secure a domain name for Customer, even where such domain name was indicated as available; and (ii) for any errors, omissions or any other actions by any Registry arising out of or related to Customer’s application, registration, or renewal of a particular domain name, including a Registry’s failure to register or renew a domain name.

The Obligors shall and hereby covenant to do all such acts, execute all such instruments and provide such further assurances as counsel to the Collateral Agent or Xxxxxx’s Counsel may reasonably request to ensure that the first priority of the Encumbrances created by the Security Documents (subject only to applicable Permitted Encumbrances) executed and delivered to the Collateral Agent and the Lender as contemplated hereby is duly protected and perfected by registration, filing or recordation of such Security Document or a financing statement, caveat, security notice or other appropriate instrument at all offices and public registries where reasonably necessary to the protection or perfection thereof and to so cooperate with the Collateral Agent and the Lender and the Lender’s Counsel in renewing or re-filing any registration, filing or recordation required hereby or by the Security Documents in order to preserve, protect and maintain the priority of such Encumbrances from time to time.

The Borrower shall and shall cause each other Loan Party, at the Borrower’s sole cost and expense, to do all such commercially reasonable acts, execute all such instruments and provide such further assurances as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request from time to time to ensure that the priority of the Security Interests created by all of the Security executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent as contemplated hereby is duly protected and perfected by registration, filing or recordation of such Security or a caution, caveat, security notice or other appropriate instrument at all offices where necessary or of advantage to the protection or perfection thereof and to cooperate with the Administrative Agent and the Administrative Agent’s counsel in renewing or refiling any registration, filing or recordation required hereby in order to preserve, protect and maintain the priority of such Security Interests, from time to time. The Administrative Agent may, at the Borrower’s sole cost and expense, effect any or all such registrations, filings and recordings should the Borrower fail to do so forthwith upon the Administrative Agent’s request as aforesaid.

Registrations and Renewals. Customers must apply in order to receive a Discount. All Discount applications are assessed against the suite of rules provided in the table 4 below in order to determine eligibility for a Discount.
