Common use of Regular Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Employee. a) A regular employee required to work New Year’s Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Boxing Day, BC Family Day, Christmas Day, Labour Day, or Good Friday shall be paid at the rate of one and a half (1.5) times for all hours worked in the day, provided that Articles 27.05, 29.04, and 39.04 are not applicable, and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of one and a half (1.5) times shall be paid for a shift when one-half (1⁄2) or more than one-half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of one and a half (1.5) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

Regular Employee. a(1) A regular employee required to work New Year’s Years Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Boxing Day, BC Family Day, Christmas Day, Labour Day, or Good Friday Day and shall be paid at the rate of one and a one-half (1.5) times for all the first seven point five (7.5) hours worked work in the day, provided that Articles 27.05, 29.04, 25.04 and 39.04 36.04 are not applicable, and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of one and a one-half (1.5) times shall be paid for a shift when one-half (1⁄2½) or more than one-half (1⁄2½) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of one and a half (1.5) 1.5 times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

The rate of one and a half two (1.52) times shall be paid for a shift when one-half (1⁄2) or more than one-half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of one and a half two (1.52) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

In such cases the rate of one and a one-half (1.51½) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

Regular Employee. ai) A regular employee required to work New Year’s Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Boxing Day, Day and BC Family Day, Christmas Day, Labour Day, or Good Friday Day shall be paid at the rate of one and a one-half (1.51½) times for all the first 7.5 hours worked work in the day, provided that Articles 27.0525.05, 29.0427.04, and 39.04 37.04 are not applicable, and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of one and a one-half (1.51½) times shall be paid for a shift when one-half (1⁄2½) or more than one-half (1⁄2½) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of one and a one-half (1.51½) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

The rate of one and a half two (1.52) times shall be paid for a shift when one-half (1⁄2) or more than one-half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of one and a half two (1.52) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

The rate of one and a one-half (1.5) times shall be paid for a shift when one-half (1⁄2½) or more than one-half (1⁄2½) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of one and a half (1.5) 1.5 times shall be paid for the total hours worked.
