Regular Overtime Rates. Effective January 1, 2004, employees called back to work shall be paid at one-and-one-half (1-1/2) their regular rate of pay. An officer will only be called back to fill an officer position, unless the Fire Chief determines an emergency situation requires additional officer callbacks. The County shall maintain the current system for callback distribution.

Regular Overtime Rates. Except as specified elsewhere in this Agreement, the regular overtime rate shall be eighteen dollars and fifty cents ($18.50) for the first half (½) hour or part thereof, and twenty-one dollars and seventy-five cents ($21.75) for each subsequent half (½) hour or any part thereof.
Regular Overtime Rates. Except as otherwise specified elsewhere in this Agreement, the regular overtime rate shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for the first half (1/2) hour or part thereof, and thirteen dollars ($13.00) for each subsequent half (1/2) hour or part thereof. Except for as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, all overtime must be approved in advance by the Theatre’s designated representative.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum.   • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.
