Common use of Regular Part-Time Nurse Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Nurse. A regular part-time nurse is a nurse who regularly works less than the normal full- time hours referred to in Article 4 and who offers to make a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined regular continuous part-time basis.

Regular Part-Time Nurse. A regular part-time nurse is a nurse who is regularly works scheduled to work less than the normal full- regular full-time hours referred to in Article 4 and who offers to make a commitment to 17. Such nurses shall be available for work on a predetermined regular continuous part-time basiscovered by all Articles in the Collective Agreement except where specifically excluded.

Regular Part-Time Nurse. A regular part-time nurse is a nurse who regularly works is scheduled to work at least forty (40) but less than the normal full- time sixty-four (64) hours referred to in Article 4 and who offers to make a commitment to be available for work per fourteen (14) day pay period on a predetermined regular continuous part-time regularly scheduled basis.

Regular Part-Time Nurse. A regular part-time nurse is defined as a nurse who is regularly works less than the normal full- time hours referred scheduled to in Article 4 and who offers to make a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined regular continuous partcontinuing basis less than thirty-time basistwo (32) hours per week or less than sixty-four (64) hours in a fourteen (14) day period and who has successfully completed the required probationary period.

Regular Part-Time Nurse. A regular part-time nurse Nurse is defined as a nurse Nurse who is regularly works less than the normal full- time hours referred employed to in Article 4 and who offers to make a commitment to be available for work on a predetermined work schedule of twenty (20) hours or more per week (forty (40) hours per bi-weekly pay period i.e. sixteen (16) hours the first week and twenty-four (24) hours the second week). Such Nurses shall receive prorated benefits as provided in this Agreement. Health Plan coverage shall be provided to regular continuous part-time basisNurses on the same basis as regular full-time Nurses.
