Regular Part-Time Scheduling. i) The Hospital agrees to schedule all available shifts on a unit to regular part-time Employees according to their commitment on the posted schedule of the unit. ii) All regular part-time Employees in a unit will be scheduled up to their minimum commitment under Article F-11 (a) or (b) by seniority. A) The schedule will be filled out by scheduling the most senior RPT Nurse on the unit the minimum commitment and proceeding down the RPT list on the unit, scheduling each less senior RPT the minimum commitment until all available hours of work have been scheduled on the unit.
