Regular Seniority converted to Casual Seniority. (a) A Nurse who changes employment status from Regular to Casual shall have the Nurse's Regular Seniority converted to hours paid on the basis of one (1) year of Casual Seniority equaling 1950 hours paid and shall then accumulate further Casual Seniority on the basis of hours paid.
