Regular Teacher Contracts. In accordance with Indiana law, the Board and Xxxxx hereby agree that where the terms of this Agreement and the Regular Teacher Contract conflict, the terms of this Agreement shall take precedence.

  • Teacher Contracts A. Contracts for the employment of teachers shall be of two types: Limited Contracts and Continuing Contracts.
