Rehabilitation Committee. (a) The Employer and the Union agree to a Rehabilitation Committee compromising of four (4) persons, two (2) appointed by the Union and two (2) appointed by the Employer. (b) Committee members appointed by the Union will be granted time off without loss of basic pay for the purpose of attending meetings of the Committee and performing Committee-approved business. (c) The Committee will review alternate employment opportunities for employees unable to perform their normal duties and who require a medical accommodation. (d) The Committee may make non-binding recommendations to the Employer and Union as to possible alternate employment opportunities for employees. 24.10 CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM The Employer will make available to all employees a Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) program.
