Reimbursable Project Costs. Based on application for payment for the actual cost of work completed, submitted monthly, itemized to correspond to the basis of compensation as set forth in Exhibit B and Article 6.03, including supportive documentation.
Reimbursable Project Costs. Reimbursable Project Costs" shall include those costs, fees and expenses directly related to the design, development and construction of the Facility or Facilities incurred in connection with the performance of this Agreement, including, without limitation, costs and expenses incurred in connection with: (i) satisfaction of all of the conditions to the Effective date and of all Legal Requirements for the design, development, financing, construction, operation and management of the Facility or Facilities pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, (ii) site and Facility planning, (iii) architectural renderings, plans and working documents, (iv) engineering and environmental services, (v) working drawings, (vi) construction contract bidding, (vii) COPR legal and consultant costs, (viii) Project management costs, and (ix) all other pre-construction professional costs. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement to the contrary, no costs or expenses of STWC or its Affiliates, or their employees, such as, without limitation, overhead or general and administrative expenses, or attorneys' fees shall be included as Reimbursable Project Costs, all such costs or expenses shall be paid and borne only by STWC and its Affiliates.
Reimbursable Project Costs. Costs incurred by the MSD during the Reimbursement Term for the Project, so long as such costs are consistent with the allowable uses for Transportation Funds described in Utah Code § 59-12-2212.2 and in accordance with the Certificate of Grant Recipient.
Reimbursable Project Costs. Funds in the Special Allocation Fund shall be disbursed to pay the Developer's reasonable Reimbursable Project Costs as they come due; provided that such disbursement may only be made if, after such disbursement, the funds remaining in the Special Allocation Fund are sufficient to pay Debt Service payable in the then current calendar year, if any, and all conditions precedent to City's duties specified in Section 11.a. herein have occurred.
Reimbursable Project Costs. The City-approved direct Hard Construction Costs (excluding overhead costs) and Soft Costs (excluding overhead costs) incurred with respect to the development, design, construction, maintenance, and permitting of the Improvements that are reimbursable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Reimbursable Project Costs shall not include any overhead costs, the Construction Supervision Fee, Developer Fee, or any costs incurred prior to January 1, 2023. Reimbursable Project Costs shall include (1) reasonable fees charged by Architect in connection with certifying Payment Requests and (2) costs for required insurance and bonds.
