Reimbursed OSEA Time Release Leave Sample Clauses

Reimbursed OSEA Time Release Leave. Upon a request from the Union’s Executive Director or their designee and subject to the operating needs of the District, the Superintendent or their designee may approve OSEA Time Release Leave for designated bargaining unit members. An employee on District and OSEA approved OSEA Time Release Leave shall suffer no loss in wages, benefits, or other rights during the duration of such leave and the cost of the employee’s wages and benefits during the duration of such leave shall be reimbursed to the District by the Union within thirty (30) days of receipt of a District billing for such costs. A request for such leave shall include an estimate of the duration of such leave.
