Reimbursements for Costs Incurred. 1. The Subrecipient may use Grant Funds for reimbursement by the Department of Eligible Expenses as defined herein, applied to Projects approved by the Department through the application and NTP processes described in Exhibit A, Section 3. Eligible Expenses include but are not limited to, costs associated with Subrecipient program implementation including staff time and environmental reviews for Approved Projects, architectural and engineering design, permitting fees, developer fee, and Approved Project costs for Acquisition, Construction, Reconstruction and Rehabilitation, including mobilization, site prep, and clean up. 2. Subrecipient shall withhold as retainage, 10% of all DR-MHP funded Developer payments. No retainage payments shall be released to the Developer or reimbursed to the Subrecipient until receipt and approval by the Department of all required Approved Project close out documents identified in Section 6 herein. 3. Approved Project Financial Reports for construction shall be made on a pro rata basis based on the percentage of construction completed. 4. Financial Reports shall be paid only after such costs are incurred for Collective Work completed, provided the Department determines that the Program Performance Milestones in this Agreement and/or Approved Project Performance Milestones in the Notice to Proceed are on track. Subrecipient may expend up to the indicated Approved Project and Activity Delivery amounts as identified in Exhibit A, Section 2 (Scope of Agreement) herein. 5. To receive reimbursement for Approved Project activities, the Subrecipient shall timely submit all required Department forms via Grants Network. Financial Reports must include the level of documentation specified by the Department in the Department’s Grant Administration Manual located on the Department’s website in order to be reviewed and processed.

Reimbursements for Costs Incurred. It is the responsibility of the respective entities to maintain all records necessary to request federal reimbursement of its own costs. Neither party is responsible for the costs incurred by the other in performing the DPH-BCHD MPOD Dispensing Plan. DPH will extend good faith efforts to assist BCHD in recovering eligible costs from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”), federal, State, or local government funds, or other permissible source of recovery. This includes the potential of a FEMA requirement to treat this MOU as a Mutual Aid Agreement (MAA) to be processed through Los Angeles County Office of Emergency Management’s (OEM) Request for Public Assistance (RPA) for vaccination plans. The parties agree not to charge individuals for any medications or costs related to dispensing of preventive medications that have been provided through this agreement, except as otherwise permitted by the County of Los Angeles or by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

  • Reimbursement of Costs Incurred The Contractor agrees to reimburse the Authorized User promptly for any and all additional costs and expenses incurred for acquiring acceptable services, and/or replacement Product. Should the cost of cover be less than the Contract price, the Contractor shall have no claim to the difference. The Contractor covenants and agrees that in the event suit is successfully prosecuted for any default on the part of the Contractor, all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be paid by the Contractor.

(c) Subject to procuring any required regulatory approvals, from time to time the Fund may, alone or in conjunction with other registered or unregistered investment funds or other accounts for which CSFB Alternative Capital, or any Affiliate of CSFB Alternative Capital, acts as general partner or investment adviser, purchase insurance in such amounts, from such insurers and on such terms as the Board shall determine.

  • Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, costs have to be: • actually incurred, individually identifiable and verifiable, as backed by copies of supporting evidence, as the case may be in the Contractor’s official bookkeeping; this means that no lump sums will be eligible for reimbursement; • necessary in order to perform the tasks as specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 2); and • cost effective and providing value for money 5.3.2. The following costs are never eligible for reimbursement: • costs for excess baggage; • costs that are covered by the per diem; and • costs that are covered from a source other than this Contract 5.3.3. Travel tickets are reimbursed by EFI up to the cost of economy class level on basis of the most cost efficient itinerary, taking into account ticket price, travel duration, number of connections and safety of the transporting company. 5.3.4. For travel tickets, EFI requires the following documentation as supporting evidence: copies of tickets or electronic reservation, invoices and boarding cards. This documentation must clearly show the class of travel used, the time of travel and the amount paid.

  • Expenses and Reimbursement The Legal Services expenses (the "Legal Services Expenses") for which Van Kampen may be reimbursed are salary and salary related xxxxxxxx, including but not limited to bonuses, group insurance and other regular wages paid to the personnel of the Legal Services Group. Each member of the Legal Services Group will complete as of the last business day of each month, a time allocation sheet indicating the monthly time spent (reflected as a percentage) on matters relating to the Funds, on matters relating to other funds for which Van Kampen or its subsidiaries act as investment adviser and xxxxxxxutor ("Van Kampen Non-Participating Funds") and for other matters. Each member's Fund Percentage shall be multiplied by each member's individual Legal Service Expense; the resulting product for each member shall then be aggregated to arrive at the Legal Services Expenses that can be allocated as set forth in Paragraph 4 ("Allocable Legal Services Expenses"). The Legal Services Expenses will be paid by Van Kampen (or the affiliate of Van Kampen employing such Legal Xxxxices Group persons) anx xxxx xxxtion of such Legal Services Expenses allocated to the Funds as set forth in Paragraph 4 shall be reimbursed by the Funds. Van Kampen will tender to each Fund a monthly invoice withxx xxxx xxsiness days of the last business day of each month which shall certify the total Legal Service Expenses expended and allocated to such Fund. Except as provided herein, Van Kampen will receive no other compensation in connectiox xxxx Xxxal Services rendered in accordance with this Agreement, and Van Kampen and its affiliates will be responsible for all xxxxx xxxxnses relating to the providing of Legal Services.
