Religious Objection. If an employee in the bargaining unit belongs to a recognized religious sect which does not permit its members to pay a representational fee to any employee organization, an amount equal to the representational fee which would have been paid will be deducted monthly from the employee paycheck and deposited in a scholarship fund established by the District and CSEA.
